From Nic with the Gallery
The New York Times review section Wirecutter, recently included some of our favorites in their “31 Best Gift Baskets” article. Everyone at Clay Coyote loves New York Shuk’s spices and condiments. We love them so much that we carry them in gallery and on our website. New York Shuk’s Harissa Collection was picked as one of the top 31 gift baskets by the New York Times
Clay Coyote carries New York Shuk’s signature Harissa, Ras El Hanout and lemon paste. They are great to add when cooking a dish with our Tagine. I’ve made eggs for breakfast in my Mini Savory Pie dish and added New York Shuk’s Signature Harissa to them with delicious results.
The other NYT’s pick that was familiar to us was the Rancho Gordo deluxe gift box, with five one pound bags of their heirloom beans. Rancho Gordo’s blog covers cooking with pottery extensively and they really have a passion for it. Rancho Gordo even carries Cassoulet (Tarbais) beans on their website. Combine their heirloom beans with Clay Coyotes Cassole or Special Edition Cassole and you have a match made in culinary heaven!
