Eton mess is a traditional English dessert consisting of a mixture of strawberries or bananas, pieces of meringue, and cream, which is traditionally served at Eton College’s annual cricket match against the pupils of Harrow School. Here is a patriotic version of that traditional English recipe. Stop out to the gallery for a sample and take home a piece to serve it in. This is one of many recipes we are featuring for our BLT event in the gallery this Saturday. Get inspiration on Bites, Licks, and Tastes for your Summer events.
