The Clay Coyote Vegetable Steamer is a 3-piece set consisting of a lid, steamer, and base plate. The Vegetable steamer is a versatile kitchen tool that can be used as a steamer, a strainer and serving bowl, all while matching your style.

You place the steamer and lid over a pan with an inch or two of water, then add your veggies, top with the lid and turn on the water to medium-high. You will have beautifully steamed veggies ready for dinner. And you can serve them at the table with the plate to catch any drips and the lid to keep in the warmth.

One of our most handy  pots! This vessel also works great for steaming fish, and when you add a cheesecloth to the bottom, it can be used for steaming pearl couscous among other things. It also doubles as a berry bowl and everyday colander.

Description

The Clay Coyote Vegetable Steamer is available in a variety of glazes, allowing you to match it to your aesthetic.

  • The plate is around 9.5″ in across, the rim of the steamer is around 9″ across. The plate and steamer are around 4″ high together, and when you add the lid the whole piece comes to around 6.5″.
  • The Steamer also works well as an everyday collander and the whole peice doubles as a berry bowl (where you can rinse the berries and then set them on the tray to catch any drips).
  • Made out of Stoneware Clay.
  • Available in Yellow Salt, Midnight Garden, Joe’s Blues, and Feather glaze options
  • Decorative bottom with a stamped Clay Coyote logo.
  • Microwave, dishwasher, oven, and food safe.
  • Lead, cadmium, and nickel-free and safe for people with metal allergies.

Clay Coyote Vegetable Steamers are hand built and are custom patterns and designs of Clay Coyote Arts, Inc.

All Clay Coyote Vegetable Steamers will look similar, however, please allow for some handmade differences.
