Studio-To-Table Cooking Class: ITALIAN GRILLING (October 12, 2019)

Treat your spouse, or bring a friend who loves to grill, this is a great evening of grilling and relaxing on the farm.

Watch the sunset over Lake Todd and the ponds and see our Clay Coyote Grill Basket in action. Enjoy a grill basket dinner outside (or in the Gallery weather permitting), a private tour where we make the pottery, and take home a Clay Coyote Grilling Package (grill basket, cookbook, and dish towel).

Description

Grillin’ Menu

  • Grilled Bruschetta and Fresh Italian Bread 
  • Burrata with Grilled Fall Vegetables
  • Grilled Italian Meatballs over Pasta and Sauce 
  • Grilled fruits soaked in Red Wine with Whipped Cream 

6:00pm – 9:00pm

$250/per two people, advanced booking required, see cancellation policy

This event is BYOB, bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with the meal (recommended wines for pairing with our Grilling menu are Chianti, Rosso di Montepulciano, Nero d’Avola, or a Barbera and for white Trebbiano di Lugana, Sicilian Chardonnay, or Ribolla Gialla). Water, wine cups, and openers will be available.

Cancellation Policy: Because these events are created to be small and intimate and because all food is purchased 48 hours in advance we have a cancellation policy.

  • Full refund up to 7 days in advance
  • 50% refund up to 3 days in advance
  • No refund, but fully transferable after three days, send someone in your place
