Clay Coyote Large Tagine [size discontinued 2020]

The Tagine is rooted in Moroccan history and is integral to Moroccan Cuisine. Tagines are traditionally done on the stove top so the moisture condenses on the cool top and drops back into the dish. The lid on the Clay Coyote Tagine is designed specifically to encourage this condensation. The major advantage of the Clay Coyote Flameware Tagine is that you can do high temperature pre-cooking (e.g. sauteing onions, garlic); then lower the heat to cook your meal, all in one pot! This is our Large Tagine, so can hold more than 10 Cups.

Clay Coyote Flameware Large Tagine

  • Tagine Bottom is made out of Clay Coyote Flameware
  • Tagine Bottom Color: Coyote Gray {only available in Coyote Gray}
  • Tagine Lid is made out of Stoneware Clay
  • Tagine Lid Color Options: Yellow Salt, Moroccan Sand, Mediterranean Blue, Midnight Garden
  • Tagine Lid Design: Clay Coyote Prairie Grass with a Clay Coyote Logo on the top
  • Tagine is made to be used over direct heat such as gas, electric, and glass top stoves
  • Tagine Bottom is about 13″ in diameter, 3″ deep and holds about 10 Cups
  • With the top on the height is 9″
  • Tagines are all microwave, dishwasher, oven, and food safe
  • Tagines are all nickel-free and safe for people with metal allergies

Clay Coyote Flameware Tagines are handmade, and are custom patterns and designs of Clay Coyote Arts, Inc.

    Just received my large Mediterranean Blue tagine this week and prepared my first meal in it. I already had a Moroccan Sand regular size tagine but this is so much more amenable for most recipes. I already have other pieces of your flameware and I love their beauty and functionality.
