Our new Flameware can be used to cook directly on gas, electric or ceramic stovetops. This skillet is about 10 inches overall diameter. We’ve found the Flameware skillet especially good in cooking egg dishes and scrambling and frying eggs. There is much less of a tendency to burn and eggs seem to be less tough. It’s also great for dishes where you simmer the dish on the stove top, or where you brown part of the dish on the stove top and then either add sauce (like stroganoff) or need to finish the dish in the oven like a baked omelet. Also microwave and dishwasher safe.
You can use any utensils without fear of scratching and cleanup is a breeze.
Comes with an instruction sheet for use.
