Beer Can Chicken Baker

Our Chicken Baker is an improvement on the recipe for "Beer Can Chicken." This pot is even better than a beer can! You simply put the liquid...beer, lemonade, herbed water, broth...in the center cup and then slip the chicken (a 3-4 pound fryer) over the cup. Rub a bit of olive oil and seasoning on the skin and bake uncovered for about 1.5 hours at 350 degrees F. Set on the table and carve off the most moist, succulent chicken you've evered had...with just a hint of the flavoring of the liquid you poured in that cup.
